35 Blake Street Rose Bay NSW 2029

Remove two (2) Cypress Pines located adjecent to the fence on Blake Street. These trees are unsuitable and unsustainable in their location, adjacent to a retaining wall, and the stairs. As they grow, the roots will continue to affect the structure. The trees would need to be pruned away from the electrical wires on a regular basis, which makes them poor specimens. They are too big to be managed under the wires.
