    Where is the council's consistency? I have linked to an earlier news article from the local paper.

    We drove past this residents last week and obviously owners have people living in there with the amount of cars parked outside the property on street? Not a good look for the council.

    Why should people who break the rules get away with just lodging a retrospective approval ? The changes should be removed, THEN they can apply for the changes the right way. It serves as punishment that you can't just do whatever you want and ask for forgiveness. No wonder we have developers walking all over council, because they know that no matter what they do they will get away with it.
