I am concerned about the request to waive the required car spaces in this development. There is not enough car parking around the area now and any waiver would make it even more difficult for traders.

Im concerned the reduction in car parking will lead to increased congestion and frustration for consumers resulting in reduced patronage to the area. Its hard enough already to find a car park anywhere near this area.
I am opposed to the continued increase in high density dwellings in this part if Elsternwick. It is ruining the community appeal if this area and devalue the real estate.
