Work has already begun to demolish the existing houses, shed and long established trees on this site. So much for 'public consultation'!!! This Council is arrogant and completely dismissive of views that are contrary to its desired purposes.

I am at a complete loss as to WHY a Service Station would be considered condusive located within an established Housing Estate where residents have paid considerable sums for the mostly up market homes. This Service Station will not even be situated on a main road with a major traffic flow. Where is the commercial sense in this?

My mind boggles at the utter irrelevant planning by Redlands Council. Obviously, money talks!
