    Once again developers of beachside properties push the envelope when it comes to complying with LEP guidelines. There is no need for this development to exceed mandated height limits & FSR ratios. For the existing 400.4sqm site there is already a 280sqm FSR at 0.7:1 and it is meant to be 0.5:. The new proposal is asking for FSR:
    332.5sqm at 0.83:1 !!! What is the point of having any FSR guidelines when so called well remunerated experts make a case 'in the public interest' of trashing these guidelines.
