1. Once again, a DA with no documents. Lodged on 2/7/19 and here it is the 10th and Marrickville council still hasn't posted the supporting documentation.
   Without the plans and documentation, the DA is meaningless and there isn't enough time for concerned citizens to review and comment.

   In the past they have offered to extend the comment timing beyond the 14 days on request but one shouldn't have to request an extension for a service that does not comply with legislation and regulation.

   As someone who designs systems like this, there is no technical reason for the documents to not be available A FULL 8 DAYS AFTER DA LODGEMENT, so it must be a political or, yes, lazy and incompetent reason for this and all other Marrickville Council DAs to not have the documents available.

   I demand this be brought up at the next council meeting.
