This morning "coffee" already has seating outside their cafe, with milk crates outside with people sitting on the footpath, blocking the thoroughfare.
If the cafe is disregarding the law and is already seating people outside before planning approval, what will they do when they get council approval? A forty seat outdoor area? I am sure their application is part of a long term plan to put another bar and liquor license in to curlewis st bondi.
