This proposed building of 2 storeys dual occupancy is going to breach the privacy of single women in social housing opposite its new building. The opposite side of this new proposed building of 2 story dual occupancy will overlook the social housing quarters of single females over 55 years. The new premises if occupied by 6 units of families will cause a gross breach of privacy for women residing opposite. Social housing was provided for quiet occupation of single females 20 years ago. Th e e will also be violat I n of parking space.
The religion and ethnicity of new residents may also clash with those already in occupation.
The harmony of cultures may be affected

This is so true I don’t believe Parramatta Council care about quite enjoyment of a property or parking problem. Parramatta council is packing more and more developments on top of each other. Look what they have done at Melrose park we lost putt putt. The traffic at that corner was already a dangerous corner. It is an ugly development. What a dreadful mess Parramatta city is.
