    Once again!
    No records to display.

There is no excuse. Do not post the DA till the documents are ready.

Do not blame Planning Alerts as they only read what you post. If you post DAs without documentation, which you used to do quite effectively, but are now failing to do, it is not planning alerts fault if you fail to do your part

I received a message this week notifying me the docs were available 10 days after the da was posted. There is no excuse for that delay.

This concerns me. How can people comment on the application if the 'paper work' is not available

DA lodged 26 June, Documents still not available a full week later. I agree with you Wendy Bacon, this is unacceptable that DAs can be lodged without the documentation.

    I received this message today:

"Thank you for your comment. The documentation is now available on Council’s website.

Please note that applications appear on the Planning Alerts web page shortly after the details are entered into our system. Documentation is unlikely to be available straight away, but once the documentation is uploaded in our system and can be made available on Council's web page, it will be."

In other words, The council is OK with making the documents available two weeks after the lodgement date. They say:
"...once the documentation is uploaded in our system and can be made available on Council's web page, it will be".
