I object to the removal of 3 trees in this lovely leafy street.
The removal of Tree One will change the streetscape and should therefore not be approved. This tree is very much part of the character of the street.
Looking at the diagram, Tree 3 is no where near the garage to cause cracking. So it is unlikely to be the cause of the cracks.
Please preserve Epping's trees, please keep these trees.

I support the objection of McCartney.

Every tree is like an airconditioner in hot summers. The owner is acting against his own interest. There are already large concreted surfaces at the town houses in number 10. which form a heat-island. Council should make it mandatory to build grass-paver driveways to increase ground water recharge and reduce surface temperatures. Our leafy Epping is systematically destroyed bit by bit. Council is too lenient

I think removal is reasonable if verified to be causing damage to structures. If so, these should be replaced with suitable varieties in optimal locations on the property.
