    Please consider enough underground/off street parking for this development. Just because it’s low income housing doesn’t mean each unit won’t have at least 2 cars+ The last several developments by dept. housing have been very poorly planned when it comes to parking allowances. Subsequently Sturt st and Evans road have become car parks.
