Use of the former showgrounds within the Moore Park Entertainment Quarter for one licensed Cirque du Soleil event each year for 5 years and erection of associated temporary structures. The first event will be held from 1 October to 28 December 2019 with hours of 8.00pm - 10.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday, 4.30pm - 10.30pm, Friday to Saturday and 1.30pm - 7.30pm Sunday. Commencement of bump-in to end of bump out will take 5 months. For the first event, bump-in of structures will occur from 19 August 2019 and bump-out will end no later than 19 January 2020.
