    These units are underway.
    Will Council be strictly supervising the landscaping for shade?
    Too often, builders run out of budget and only basic shrubbery is planted. Can Council ensure street trees are planted on both boundaries?

    How on Earth will 6 units and carspaces fit on this block? I can only imagine they will be small and double storey. Once again, The Peninsula is being robbed of any properties catering to anything but low income persons. Older couples/persons will not be occupying these due to the size and setup of the units.
    Cars will be parked on the "main road" Springwood, which is going to cause major problems with buses and commuters in cars.
