111 McIlwraith Ave borders the north side of the proposed development Lots 599 & 600.
We have not had any consultation from the proposed developer, and this is disappointing.
We have concerns that the proposal outlines a high retaining wall with a fence above leading to an overall fence height of 3+ metres in some areas. This is unacceptable.
The maximum height should not exceed 2.5 metres. We would appreciate contact from builder well prior to any commencement.
The current wire fence is not to be removed as we have pets on the property.

The windows (x2) through the stairwell look onto our property and this is a privacy issue of significant concern. We would welcome this to be filmed so as no to cause overview into our property. The remaining exterior panels of the stairwell are shown as FC sheeting and should remain so.
