Let's start with basics; the description of this proposal is almost illegible. Is the council satisfied this kind of messy notation is suitable for residents to parse in order to work out what the developer might intend?

Overall though, no - can we please not demolish a single-storey building and erect a three-storey monstrosity next to one of the oldest, best preserved Victorian-era buildings in Sydney (the old Summer Hill post office), on a busy road that's only getting busier thanks to rampant overdevelopment?

Totally inappropriate for the area - and you might ask the developer to put some effort into clarity around their intentions.
