1. Enough is enough. Please curb the over development occurring in this lovely area before it is ruined for all. No need for 3 lots when 2 is plenty.

   Also, bring back the yellow development signs on the property so people really know what’s going on. There is a lot of community dissatisfaction with council approving inappropriate developments.

2. So true Janine, our aea is being chopped up so much and it will never be the same, what is it ?? greed by council, I would have thought the rates I pay and everyone else in this area should be enough

3. The Suburbs are being ruined by over development of these houses shoe horned into tiny blocks. The Arden Vale home being built on Cuzon St Nr Bridge St has its gutters right up to the blocks boundary on 3 sides East Toowoomba and Mount Lofty is being destroyed by a council greedy for rates.
   Two properties on 41 Bridge Street would be in keeping with the area but what the hell do the council care?
