Deletion of Condition No. 36 to allow for the open space of balcony to be enclosed by the existing roof; 2. "OPEN SPACE" reduced from 15.87sqm to 10.87sqm so that the space is reduced to 5m x 1m; and 3. Partition removal between the store room and bedroom.
