As the neighbours on the residing property, we strongly object to this DA Application being passed by council .
The size and proximity of this proposed property directly interferes and intervenes with our property . The proposed property will hugely effect our sunlight and privacy .

As Dudley is in the Heritage Precinct Area , I am wondering how the Heritage Officer at LMCC is even considering giving this proposed DA approval . We have all had to consider and comply with Heritage , yet this proposal does not seem adhere to the guidlines .

Another concern of mine if this development goes ahead is whether the LilliPilli trees , of which there are 15 of and over 2 stories in height, that line our boundary fence will stay or go.
If they are to go, I would like to know how they are going to be removed. Late in 2018 it cost me around $6000 to have my sewer pipes (which run down this boundary line) cleaned out and relined from the damaged these trees have caused.
My concern is that if they just pull these trees out, and because the roots are around my sewer pipes, my plumbing is going to be severely damaged.

Also, how can plans be submitted to council for approval when there is a boundary line that has not been surveyed?
