1. Enough is enough. Every Second house in Eltham is subdividing their land. You can't move on Main Road at peak hour. Fitsimmons Lane is completely blocked. Trying to get off it when the road narrows to one lane is both dangerous and frustrating. We DO NOT NEED ANY MORE PEOPLE IN THIS AREA. There is insufficient infrastructure to cope. There is not enough parking, and soon most of the side streets will be impossible to drive through like Livingston Street which has almost completely subdivided

   Stop more subdivision
   Eltham is overcrowded and alot of units don't blend in and chop all tge trees down
   It was a given that trees must left to blend in
   So disappointed
