1. Another subdivision request for Stockland. This one for 1 in to 26 lots and another for 1 into 8 lots.
   Both applications come with a traffic memo stating " A comparison between the current development plans and the masterplan reveal the B3727 development parcel is classed as ‘future residential’ in both plans. As there is no change in use from the masterplan traffic analysis, no further traffic analysis is considered to be
   required."
   The authority should look through the number of "subdivisions" in this masterplan and demand another traffic analysis as for sure the local residents are extremely unhappy with the massive increase in traffic over the last year. It certainly can't compare to the traffic analysis which was done many years ago.
   When are stockland going to open the road at the other end of this enormous housing estate as well?
