    Yet another failure of Council to provide documentation in a timely manner. Why is it that other councils can upload DA and supporting documents simultaneously but Inner West cannot?

    This building has already been demolished!
    What is the point of planning development applications?
    What if I knocked my house down and then applied for planning permission? I bet you would come after me and fine me thousands!!

    If citizens agreed between us that no one can ever post a planning application after the fact and were require to reverse the change in a da that was not pre approved out of their own funds thereā€™d be far fewer rogue das happening.

    Bottom line though is councillors deciding on things they have a financial interest in.

    How is that still a thing?

    This part of St Peters is fast becoming like Mascot. More apartments than the infrastructure can handle. Developer greed and Council ineptitude is ripping out the heart and soul of one of Sydney's oldest suburbs. There are 7 or 8 developments underway within 200 metres of this site. How many more badly designed, ugly, cheap quality yet expensively priced apartments do we need? Particularly when the public transport in the area is getting worse by the day. More empty shops at the bottom? What an absolute joke.
