    Good Evening,

As the building height exceeds what is permitted under current planning laws (12meters) we oppose this development of a 15 meter high building.
This building is situated amongst family homes and not amongst parks, or/and businesses hence the excess height and mezzanine floor would severely remove the privacy of many surrounding, not just neighbouring, homes and their families. The extra height and mezzanine floor should not be permitted considering the location, neighbouring and surrounding properties.
The extra height would also adversely impact on the amount of sunlight that neighbouring homes receive.
Other buildings located amongst family homes between Scarborough Rd and Landsborough Ave contain approximately 12 units and do not exceed 3 levels (current application is for four (4) levels with mezzanine).
This application should be revised and not approved in its current request considering the above points.

We hope the above is considered as part of the the application process.

    Thank you

I agree with the above comment. I oppose the building of a 15m high building. Apply the rules to all parties.

This proposed development is too high for a residential area and will set a precedent. The planning laws are there for a reason and this, is not a good enough reason to change them.
