Remove One (1) Sheoak Tree from front courtyard. There is evidence of a co-dominant or twin stems that had failed some time ago. There is evidence of co-dominant or twin stems the remaining branches, this is a weak point. The stress put on twin stems can cause splitting, or even cause one stem to break off at the junction. As this tree ages and grows, included bark (co-dominant or twin stems) can become hazardous.
