4 Townhouses in a land? Again,1 house into 4,its way to much. Cause more street parking chaos. 2 town house will be reasonable. please consider.

I think everyone needs to look at the Zoning of their property. You're all sitting on a pretty penny now that you can build many homes on your single parcel of land. Use that to sell and move a few streets over where they can only build 2 townhouses. This is called progress and helps affordable compact housing to be built in our suburbs so our kids don't have to move to the other side of Melbourne. Anywhere close to shops will be an area that gets developed a little denser. I understand, easier to accept that it sounds.
