To Whom It May Concern: we understand that there is to be development on 14 Sidha Avenue Glasshouse Mountains and had spoken to one of the owners back late last year who advised us that he would come around and speak to the owners of the surrounding properties in relation to moving earth onto our properties, building retainer walls, fences and timeframes. We appreciated this communication.

I came home today to be told that another owner was on the property 25th Feb and spoke to somebody that resides at my property, telling him that our fences would be ripped down, our sheds would also be knocked down and went on to say that they couldn’t be there and we also had six weeks to move our sheds! This has upset myself and my neighbour as we have had no further communication or received any notifications! I am not understanding how any of the above is possible. It was also mentioned that the easement was being moved onto our properties! I would like to know how I go about finding out more information in relation to the above.
    Kind regards
    Nicola
