As a resident of Dulwich Hill and living within 500m of this proposal, I wholeheartedly support it. With the growing number of young families in the area, a preschool can only be of benefit to the community. As it is directly opposite a school and within 750m of 3 separate modes of public transport, it is an excellent spot. I look forward to the completion of this development.

I also support this application. I reside 160m from the site and welcome another small childcare facility that is so conveniently located near a public primary school and many public transport options. This will be a very positive addition to our community.
