    Please stop removing trees. Surely the tree can be pruned to make it less of a safety concern.

    A lone tree on a nature strip. Why would that be a threat? Answer: residents wanting to park their extra cars there. If the tree is healthy and there is nothing in this application to suggest it is unhealthy, it should be retained and the application rejected.

    I see no compelling evidence indicating this beautiful old tree should be removed, council should permit an arborist to prune and shape this tree such that it can continue its peaceful co-existence with the people and fauna of Epping.
