Considering there are already 4 licensed premises (Rockwall by the the Pier, Saints and Sailors bar, Portvino wine bar, and the Grande Hotel) all within 100 metres of the proposal, I would be against this
Let's not make Portarlington a haven for tourists at the expense of rate paying locals. A balance is needed

I support the application as it's for "on-board" consumption. I think it's reasonable to expect passengers to enjoy a refreshment whilst travelling the 1.5hrs to Portarlington, particularly the commuters coming home from work in the evening.
