    WHERE‘S THE PARKING?

    “Associated reduction in the parking requirements”

    I object strenuously to PLN19/0203.

    Planning for a development of this scale with reduced parking allowance is ludicrous.

    Reduced parking allowances for refurbished residential developments is already inappropriate (one permit per dwelling), and street parking for residents is insufficient - especially during business hours.

    In these circumstances, offering developer concessions at great cost to rate paying residents is UNCONSCIONABLE.

    Please approve the development application only subject to the condition of full parking requirements. This will help protect the functioning amenities of Bridge Road and nearby streets.
