We already have units going up in these skinny streets. The streets are to small for all this development and now a huge 78 place child care centre....place it somewhere else in Moorebank where there is room for parking. For anybody who doesn't know the council letters for complaints and objections has been sent out and the cutoff date to submit your objections is 26th April. We live 3 doors down and we didn't get a letter. Funny that. DA-174/2019. If enough people complain council will have to look closer at the development.

Dredge Ave M/bankll. Regarding DA-174/2019 The site of this development is a corner block at 22 Harvey Ave and adjoining block 8 Astor Avenue Moorebank to consist of a child minding centre accommodating 78 children, with underground parking. This property has transpiration beds beneath it that is why the land was built up originally. What will happen when excavation takes place, sewerage going everywhere. Will this property have sound proofing walls and windows, so neighbours will not be disturbed as it will be built so close to properties on either side. This site is not suitable for a Child Care Centre due to its location amongst already established long term residents. No I have not made any contributions to Liverpool Council.

Such a large child care centre so close to already long established residents would be cruel. We are already being surrounded and closed in by units. Enough. For goodness sake Liverpool Council is there no consideration for residents at all in any capacity and now you want to add a huge child care centre. Its going to be an absolute nightmare already from all the units going up. The streets are too small to handle all the cars and the infrastructure in the area is way to old to handle all this. Moorebank streets were never designed to handle such traffic. You will not get any emergency vehicles through the streets. There are already 3 child care centres in less than a kilometre of this address (on Nuwarra Rd). How about spreading out some of the development of Moorebank to other areas other than Lucas, Harvey or McKay Ave. I totally oppose this development.
