    Since developments are considered one at a time the overall population density of the inner suburbs is increasing at too rapid a rate from too many large-scale developments over a short period of time. Amenities such as open space are not increasing to match! This development is too large and parking reductions should not be allowed - there are already too many problems from lack of available parking in the area.
