Has an engineer's report on structural stability and potential damage to the century building (historic) on 174 Coogee Bay Road been considered? 174 Coogee Bay Road already has structural cracks in walls and foundations. Destabilising and/or changing structure of neighbouring foundations is likely to exacerbate current structural instabilities, in particular given the shifting ground/sandy foundations near the coast. Digging and/or hammering stabilising pilons into the ground will also potentially further destabilise the structure at 174 Coogee Bay Road.
