How do I see this advertisement now, 7 months after lodgement? Can I please access an online copy of the plans as I do not see any available on the MCC website..can you please post a link?
I would like to know if this proposal is also in keeping with Moreland's Creative Design Precinct and if it meets the required minimum of commercial activity for a building of the BULK? Also If car parking is to be provided..AND will any of the existing building be retained to be be considerate of the areas cultural heritage..What ESD rating is being proposed?

    regards
    Mario

I agree with previous comments on yet another stack of concrete boxes in an already hideously crowded area
Why are these horrid things passed??? Is there bribery and corruption in play as no one of sound mind and judgement for community future would allow this!!!

I don't agree with what is being planned for this site. We lost another iconic shop in Brunswick, and I feel the area is slowly becoming soulless. Please build something for the people of the community to enjoy.

8 storeys for just 21 apartments - clearly an overdevelopment of a small site.
