Hi Guys, There is a duplex directly behind ( that is in a bad state) the proposed house, it will be a rental like the exiting house. This is a family street we have all owned our houses for many years in this part of the street. I have been here 47 years so you can understand my worry. Thanks for your consideration, Joan Keough.
