1. Has this been approved by the EC of the relevant precinct in Newington?

   Their approval is also required.

   Newington is a Community Title area.

2. Have considerations been given for acoustic privacy for this DA as per thw master plan as per community title ?

   Has consideration been given to the impact on movement of the treated toxic land?

   As council (as the governing authority) is written into the bylaws of this Deposited Plan have considerations been given to the repercussions of their approval?
