1. Great to see a responsible resident requesting permission to prune,

   May I request that Council ask for pictures to prove that the tree in question has been pruned and not lopped? This should be a requirement for any significant pruning activity and would help ensure best practice is followed.

   With an increase in granny flats, and no tree planting programme in place, the Central Coast needs these backyard trees more than ever to provide shade canopy and habitat. Not to mention the important aesthetic value.
