If CHCC are going to continue allowing these multi residential developments on previously single resident blocks (not to mention the multitude of large estate developments) they MUST start providing the surrounding infrastructure to go with the increased usage. Street and road upgrades, footpaths, crossings, curb and gutter EVERYTHING. About time you started spending some of the extra hundreds of thousands of dollars in rates you collect in allowing these developments in the town they affect.
