Can the owners plant some more shade plants and/or trees on the rear fence for the tenants living in the granny flat?
Well done to this owner for the street tree at the front.
However, the rest Ulagandi Street badly needs more street shade trees if the other residents could think about planting some advanced (2m) native trees over winter and look after them (water) over summer? Council has a list of suitable native trees that will not grow into big rangy eucalypts.
