    Dear City of West Torrens,
Concerning reference 211/231/2019 - 2.4m privacy screen abutting existing western fence line, we believe, height and type of privacy screen will interfere with visual enjoyment and the decrease in value of adjoining property.
We would like to bring to your attention, there was no notice given to western neighbours to build footings and foundations of alteration and addition to existing dwelling (reference - 211/1006/2016), which now is on boundary fence line.
We believe, Good Neighbour or Post & Rail fencing, would be a better alternative, as this is commonly used on properties within area.
Hopefully our comments can be considered in the approval of application.
    Kind Regards
    Peter & Helen
