Construction of four three storey dwellings and one two storey dwelling over a basement car park and alter access to a road in a road zone category 1 PROPOSED AMENDMENT: to remove the visitor car space as per the amended government guidelines and as a result of deleting this Visitor Space we will also delete the car stacker for unit 3 and they will use the old visitor space as there second car spot. By removing the Visitor Spot and the car stacker we will have to amend/remove the following conditions Condition 1 (e), Condition 1 (k), Condition 6 and Condition 7. We are also seeking to amend the brick work to the ground floor facade to a render finish.
