    Dear Sir/Madam
I would like to take this opportunity to express my objection to the DA for the premises at 99 Eastwood Ave Epping. as a resident of Epping Ave Eastwood I spent considerable funds in changing my DA for a rear extension to my property to satisfy council in relation to the heritage aspect of the area and conservation zone.
I have no disrespect for the care and housing of our elderly , however I believe that 99 Eastwood Ave Epping is not a suitable property for this type of housing.
1.The location of the proposed facility is not close to public transport
2.There is no hospital of medical centre close by.
3.There is insufficient parking either on the street or on the premises. Currently there is traffic congestion in the area and not enough street parking as a result of all the residential development exists.
4.The proposed change of use is not within the within the character of the street in particular to heritage and conservation.
    They are my concerns.
    please assist.
I have made no gifts to any councillor or council employee.

This DA Seems to be out of character of the area considering it to be within Epping/Eastwood Conservation Area.

There are no hospital of medical centre close by.

The immediate area has very limited Public transport, and car parking is already very limited in the area.

This is a residential family area and the area should remain this way
