1. I hope that what you build fits better into the local environment that the previous 60+ local area developments. Tired of cheap, tasteless, characterless looking boxes and McMansions. Our beautiful period area is ruined. 2 storeys should be the limit.....it is a local street. Pleases ensure there is a significant amount of garden and any large trees need to be retained.
