1. A cafe will be a positive addition to the neighborhood. I am, however, concerned about the parking. Will the LCC rezone some adjacent parking from all day parking to 2 hour bays? This may have a negative knock on effect to on the ability for people to park in the area who walk to work. The long no parking bays for food vans, that are in them only in the evening on some nights, needs to be revisited if this development proceeds.
