It's appalling that after all the community consultations and objections to the demolition of a Heritage listed property, that the DA to demolish this cottage will still go ahead. One must ask what the point of Heritage listing might be? Any prospective developer can circumvent the listing if they have a mind to. If the NSW Planning Panel approves this, which I'm confident it will, I will be voting in March for a change of government.

I fully support this DA. Development for Epping is a step ahead. Well done!

Heritage is important. Something that can often never be replaced. I do not support the DA. The whole of Epping appears to be a "done deal" when it comes to "developmnt" (sic). Welcome to 7-day gridlock in 2030. I repeat I do not support this DA.

Thank you Neil. I truly believe it’s important to preserve what little heritage we have, even here in Epping. I think development in Epping in not a ‘step ahead’ but completely overdone. I’m not opposed to development per se, but Epping is rapidly becoming over developed. I do not support this DA and wish that the many others who agree with me would comment to Parramatta Council.
