The DA documents aren’t publicly accessible. Notification indicates ‘run time error’. Please review and make the documents viewable to Planning Alert subscribers (aka concerned residents). The traffic congestion on Illawarra Road is considerable but yet another 17 residences are being proposed and yet another commercial tenancy when there are already so many vacant commercial shopfronts within a 1km radius.

The description for DA201600221.04 does not indicate the modification proposed to this DA approved in 2016 and no documentation is available online. Please clarify

    Another dud file.

We can only assume the worst and think it will be another Salim Mehajer-style block to affront the sensibilities of the handsome Christian church it will overshadow.
