I respectfully object to this application of a two-story development for the following reasons.
One The appearance of buildings and land should not detract from the visual amenity and built form character of neighbouring property of the locality having particular regard to: building mass and proportion particularly where two story development is proposed adjacent respectively to single story development.
Secondly, buildings should be sited and designed to ensure that adequate sunlight is available to neighbours. Loss of light or overshadowing will result from a proposed two stories. The proposed two-story development will unfairly and drastically impact the performance of my solar panels and in so doing cause me financial loss and my investment in green sustainable living (PV array and associated battery) a total waste of money and unfair finical hardship on me.
One story would better suit the surrounding existing properties
    Thank You Colin Ralph
