    I have no objection to this site being developed but please do not approve this design. Many homes in Fairview Avenue are Heritage listed and some with C class heritage overlays designed to preserve the streetscape.
    This proposed building does nothing to enhance the area and I fear will lower the value of those properties in the immediate vicinity.
    It is totally inappropriate for the area.
