I totally object to applications like this. Our beautiful and safe suburb will end up becoming just another place for the degenerates seeking to live in cheap housing. Time Bayside Council started to understand the impact it will have on the suburb, peoples property values, traffic, crime and the impact on the environment. Bardwell Park is a beautiful family suburb and doesn't need money hungry landlords seeking some government grants for cheap housing to ruin the landscape and community.
