1. The proposed tandem car parking arrangement for both dwellings poses an issue negatively affecting manoeuvrability in the court that already has limited street parking spaces which will be further limited by the provision of a second crossover. Given the impracticality of tandem car spaces, I ask that Council reconsiders the proposed plan and specifies that dual non-tandem car parking is provided for both properties.
