I have objection to the redevelopment of this property especially the motorcycle space.
This section of 236 Alison Rd is notorious for lack of visibility from traffic coming down Alison Rd traversing in the Easterly direction. I live in Pitt Street and I have seen cars and trucks coming down at high speed having near misses and occasional accidents. I fear having motorbikes coming in and out from 236 Alison Rd which is a blind section of the road, could add to the dangers for a major fatality. I would urge the Randwick Council to reassess this application. Also motorbikes in this small block of residential properties would add to the high noise associated with motorbikes and the traffic.
